All our garments reflect the creativity of our designers and the expertise of our artisans. Each piece is a unique product that retains traits of your personality and is authentic because it has been personalized by you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
For quality claims, you must take into account the following:
- It must not have been more than 3 months from the moment of purchase of the product.
- Before returning the product, send us an email info@retrieverleather.com to request the quality claim form.
- After receiving your completed form, we will review it and will contact you within the next 14 business days.
- Return – shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Only significant defects that are not related to the nature of the rawness of the product’s hide skin will be addressed.
- Claims will not be accepted if they are based on: color, size- measures, improper use or mistreatment of the product, stains caused by the customer on the leather (hide-skin).
