Return period
The delivery period slated for the purchase will be that of 10 business days once the order has been confirmed. Return policy
Any product exchanges or returns acquired through the online Retriever Leather store can be requested within the first 10 business days following the date of purchase by sending an email to info@retrieverleather.com and/or giving us a call at 1-267-325-2580.
When doing so, please specify the inconvenience or issue the product has, and any other underlying problems you may have identified. Retriever Leather will inform you by email or by phone call once we receive the product back in our offices. If you are doing an exchange, we will send you back a product in perfect condition or if you are doing a return, we will proceed with the steps to refund the money once we received the product and confirm its condition.
Product retrieval and providing refund
In the event that the return is due to warranty, the product will be evaluated by our specialized team and will be delivered once inspection of the product is complete, which will be that of 15 business days, starting the day the product is in our possession. Once Retriever Leather verifies and approves the request, the new product will be delivered once again.
In the event of exchanges, our team will review the status of the product to make sure it is in the right condition. Once this has been verified, you will be able to choose a new product and we will proceed to send this new product to you. The maximum period of delivery will be that of 15 business days, starting once we receive the product.
In the event of a return, our team will review the current state of the product and make sure it is in the right condition. Once completed, we will initiate a full refund through the method the payment was made from.
